In space, no one can hear you blame

I am reasonably certain that somewhere in the world, a tester is being blamed for not finding this.

I am a little pressed for time right now, but I have been thinking a lot lately about the perception of testers by the people they support and what that can mean in the context of the projects they work on, the companies they work for and testers as individuals. I think there’s a rich vein of blogworthy material to mine here, which I promise to attempt just as soon as time permits.
